If you ever try to copy Tables of Data from Microsoft Excel to Word / PowerPoint, then you must have seen that they are always out of shape after copying and you have to re-adjust all the lines to get it back in shape. Sometimes no matter how we adjust, it just doesn’t look right. Here, I’m giving you a simple tip.
1. Highlight the Table of data on your Microsoft Excel sheet.
2. Click ‘Edit’ while holding on to ‘Shift’ key on your keyboard.
3. Select ‘Copy Picture…’
4. Accept the settings as default or make changes if you want to test out the functions.
5. Click ‘OK’
6. Go to your Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint, right click and select paste.
Now, your Table of Data is in Picture Format and looks exactly the same as in Microsoft Excel!
